An office building in downtown Nicosia, built in the 60’s, that was facing many problems such as not having a clear identity, being untreated for years and very outdated with many confusing elements that puzzled people as to what it was.
 

The concept was to revitalize the space by preserving some of the wonderful qualities the space had but also to give them a better feel. The aesthetic will be mid-century modern but we will bring this into the 21st century with some strategic interventions that aim to highlight the space and present a unified design. The intention is to make it pleasant and inviting.
